Refund policy
No Returns or Exchange Policy
Final Sale: all products are final sale, meaning we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
Inspect Before You Use: We encourage you to open and inspect your products within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. If there are any defective or damaged products, please contact us at ruby@redfeatherfarmohio.com with pictures of the product. Each case will be assessed individually and will not guarantee refund or exchange.
Safety: Due to the nature of our products, anything that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned for exchanged.
Shipping & Delivery: We will ship your orders via USPS or UPS and will provide tracking information, but we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed in transit packages. As the customer, it is your responsibility to check the tracking number and be prepared for delivery, as when the package leaves our hands, we have no control of it anymore. If your package is lost or damaged in transit or undeliverable packages, you can contact the shipping company directly to file a claim with your tracking number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within 48 hours of receiving your package.
When shipping in warm weather, some of our items may soften or slightly melt during delivery. Please allow your package to rest for 24 hours in a room temperature environment right side up prior to opening. Ensure you are able to retrieve your package and get it inside pretty quickly when ordering tallow and lotion products, especially if you're in a very hot climate. I cannot control the fact you have melted tallow if you left your package in your mailbox for 3 days in Arizona.
Any products that are melted and softened can be refrigerated or left at room temperature to return to their normal consistency. They will still be safe to use.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on our products due to the nature of what we offer. However, if you order a product and the container is damaged or broken or you received the incorrect item, please email us at ruby@redfeatherfarmohio.com and we will make it right.
Exchanges
All sales are final and we do not accept exchanges due to the nature of our products.
By making any purchase at shop.redfeatherfarmohio.com, you are acknowledging your agreement to our no returns policy as well as assuming your own personal responsibility for shipping and delivery.
